Before: Complete a short brief about the decision, challenge, idea, operational problem or BA work. Obi reviews it and prepares.
During: A focused 60-minute session. Attend one-to-one, or include the relevant co-founders or directors from the same business by prior arrangement. Meet remotely by Google Meet or in a private meeting room at 33–34 Winckley Square, Preston, with refreshments provided.
After: Obi emails a concise session summary and agreed actions.

Business Clarity Review
Before: Complete the Business Clarity Interview and Good Heart Business Builder independently and submit both documents when you book.
During: I review your completed work in advance, looking for gaps, conflicting information, assumptions, unclear decisions and areas that may need more thought. We then meet for a focused 60-minute review session.
After: Leave with clearer priorities and practical next steps based on what we have worked through together.

Facilitated Business Clarity Interview
Before: Complete the brief so Obi can understand the business or idea, current stage and what clarity is needed.
During: Obi guides the Business Clarity questions, probes answers, challenges assumptions and surfaces the issues, decisions and priorities that matter.
After: Obi analyses the discussion and emails a draft Clarity Report. The client reviews it and replies by email with corrections, clarification or comments. Obi incorporates appropriate corrections and sends the final completed Clarity Report.

This is the most comprehensive Business Clarity service, combining a deeper first session, structured analysis afterwards and a follow-up meeting to review the findings and agree the way forward.
Before: Complete a short brief about the business or idea, the challenges or decisions you are facing and the clarity you want. I review this in advance and prepare for our session.
During: We begin with a structured 90-minute intensive session. I use active listening, probing questions and Business Analysis techniques to explore what is happening, challenge assumptions, surface gaps and help organise the information.
Then: I step away and analyse everything we have covered. I work through the information, identify themes, gaps, priorities and decisions, and prepare the agreed clarity outputs and draft documents for you to review.
After: You review what I have prepared, then we meet again for a follow-up review session. We talk through the findings, resolve anything that needs clarification or correction, confirm priorities and make sure you are clear on what happens next.
Finally: I make any final agreed amendments and issue your completed documents.
Sessions are available online via Google Meet or, by prior arrangement, in a private meeting room at 33–34 Winckley Square, Preston.
