Obioma means Good Heart
Obioma means Good Heart. I am a founder, builder, and natural problem-solver with a background in business analysis and cross-cultural life experience.
I grew up in Australia between the ages of five and sixteen, and my life has since been shaped by different cultures, places and communities. I’m British, and through marriage, family, friendships and work, Nigeria has also become an important part of my life. Those experiences have shaped how I think about people, identity, opportunity and the value we bring. They have also taught me that generosity and helping others should never mean undervaluing your own contribution.
The Foundation of Good Heart
Rooted in Christian faith and the quiet strength of a good heart, we believe that generosity and self-worth are not opposites. We build with purpose, ensuring that while we lift others, we also build ourselves with integrity and clarity.
How I Think
Two lenses for building with purpose and clarity.
Business Analysis Lens
I have trained in business analysis and applied that thinking across projects, freelance work, and building businesses. This lens focuses on the mechanics of successm- what works, how it scales, and the data behind the decisions.
The Good Heart Lens
Good analysis asks what works. Good Heart also asks what matters. This lens is about the human element - the values, the relationships, and the integrity that should never be compromised in the pursuit of growth.
Building with Integrity
Our work extends beyond Good Heart. We are actively building SK Fusion and Aidify Global CIC, driven by a commitment to marketing integrity and the value of every person we serve.
