Clarity, integrity and a good heart.
I’m Obi, a founder, builder, and natural problem-solver. I help people understand what they are building, challenge assumptions and move forward with purpose.
Obioma means good heart:
Obioma means Good Heart. I grew up in Australia between the ages of five and sixteen, and my life has since been shaped by different cultures, places and communities.

I’m British, and through marriage and family, Nigeria has also become an important part of my life. But my world has always been broader than any one culture. My family, friendships and working relationships are multicultural too, with people from Filipino, Cypriot, Indian and many other backgrounds.
​
Living, working and building relationships across different perspectives has shaped how I think about people, identity, belonging, opportunity and the value we bring. It has also taught me that generosity and helping others should never mean undervaluing your own contribution.

Generosity and self-worth are not opposites.

My Christian faith is the foundation of Good Heart. It shapes a way of building that is generous without disappearing, purposeful without becoming performative, and ambitious without losing integrity.
