Some customers may purchase our products primarily for personal purposes and qualify as consumers under UK law. Others may purchase wholly or mainly for their business, trade or profession.

-
Scrape, systematically copy or extract substantial amounts of website content

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, our intellectual property or our business.
5. Information on the website
We work to keep information about our products, services and prices accurate and up to date.
We may update, improve, replace or remove website content and offerings from time to time.
Occasionally, information may contain an obvious error. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and deal with it fairly.
6. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless clearly stated otherwise.
The total amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.
You must provide accurate information when making a purchase.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when your order is accepted and you receive confirmation.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
Payments are processed using the payment options made available through our website or checkout provider.
We do not ask you to send full payment-card information directly to us.

-
Workbooks
-
Worksheets
-
Templates
-
Guides
-
Prompt collections
-
Planning resources
-
ZIP files containing several resources
-
Other downloadable content described on the relevant product page
The product page will explain what you are purchasing.
Unless stated otherwise, your purchase is for the digital product described at the time of purchase. It does not automatically include every future edition, update or additional product we may later create.
You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening the file format described on the product page.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing a product you have purchased, contact hello@skcollectivehq.com and we will try to resolve it.
8. Your right to cancel digital-content purchases
UK law gives consumers particular rights when buying digital content online.
Where we provide immediate access or download, we will ask you to:
-
Expressly agree that supply of the digital content may begin immediately; and
-
Acknowledge that once supply begins, you will lose your normal 14-day cancellation right.
Once the digital content has begun to be supplied following that express consent and acknowledgement, the normal 14-day cooling-off right will no longer apply.
This does not remove your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet requirements imposed by consumer law.
Where the law gives you a remedy, these terms do not take it away.
9. Quality of digital products
We aim to provide digital products that match the description given on the relevant sales page.
For consumers, digital content must meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including applicable requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with its description.
If you believe a digital product is faulty or substantially different from what was described, please contact:
hello@skcollectivehq.com
We will consider the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
10. Bookings and 1:1 services
Good Heart with Obi may offer services including:
Business Clarity Review
and
Facilitated Business Clarity Interview + Report
The exact scope, duration, price and deliverables will be described on the relevant booking or service page.
Some services include work outside the live session, such as:
-
Reviewing information you provide
-
Preparing for the session
-
Analysing your responses
-
Preparing notes
-
Producing a report or recommended next steps
The price therefore relates to the overall service, not only the amount of time spent together during a live call.
11. Consumer cancellation rights for services
If you are a consumer and purchase a service online, you will normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning when the contract is made, subject to the exceptions and rules provided by law.
If you ask us to begin providing the service during that 14-day period, we may ask you to make an express request for work to begin.
If you then cancel during the cancellation period after work has begun at your request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request to begin and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost once the service has been fully performed, your right to cancel may end when performance is complete.
These provisions do not affect any other statutory rights you may have.
12. Rescheduling and cancellations
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please contact us as early as reasonably possible at:
hello@skcollectivehq.com
As a general rule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible.
Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, we will normally allow one reasonable reschedule without an additional booking fee, subject to availability.
Where you decide to cancel after any applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, any refund will take account of:
-
Work already completed
-
Preparation already undertaken
-
Any personalised analysis already carried out
-
Any report or materials already prepared or supplied
-
The timing of the cancellation
-
Any reasonable loss arising from a late cancellation
We will not impose a cancellation charge that is unlawful or unfair.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, or you do not attend a booked session, we may retain an amount that reasonably reflects work already completed and losses resulting from the missed appointment.
We will consider exceptional circumstances reasonably and fairly.
13. If we need to cancel or rearrange
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to rearrange a session.
If we need to cancel a service and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the part of the service that has not been provided.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or that arise from circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.
14. Intellectual Property
Our work matters too
Good Heart with Obi is built around the idea that people's work, ideas, knowledge and contribution have value.
We ask you to respect ours in the same way we aim to respect yours.
Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights in the Good Heart with Obi website, products, resources and original content belong to Samuel-Kanu Collective Ltd or are used by us with permission.
This includes, where protected by intellectual property law:
-
Written content
-
Guides
-
Workbooks
-
Worksheets
-
Questions and exercises
-
Templates
-
Frameworks
-
Structured processes and methodologies
-
Reports and report templates
-
Educational materials
-
Graphics
-
Illustrations
-
Page layouts and original design elements
-
Videos and recordings
-
Presentations
-
Downloads
-
AI prompts created as part of our resources
-
Journal articles
-
Website copy
-
Product descriptions
-
Course or workshop materials
-
Good Heart with Obi branding
-
Logos
-
Original names, straplines and brand assets
-
The selection, structure and arrangement of our materials
Nothing in these terms should be interpreted as claiming exclusive legal rights over ideas, words, concepts or material that intellectual property law does not protect.
15. The licence you receive when you buy a product
Buying a Good Heart with Obi digital product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Instead, we give the individual purchaser a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased material for their own personal development or internal business purposes.
That means you can:
-
Read and use the material yourself
-
Complete the exercises and worksheets
-
Print reasonable working copies for your own use
-
Apply what you learn to your own life or business
-
Use templates and questions to help you think about and develop your own business
-
Use AI prompts in the way the resource specifically invites you to use them
-
Keep your purchased copy for your own ongoing reference
You do not need our permission to use what you genuinely learn from the materials in your own life or business.
The licence relates to the materials themselves, not ownership of every general idea you learn while using them.
16. What you may not do with Good Heart materials
Unless we have given you written permission, you must not:
-
Copy and redistribute our products or substantial parts of them
-
Share purchased files with friends, colleagues, clients, groups or online communities
-
Upload full copies or substantial parts of our products to a publicly accessible website, platform, file-sharing service or repository
-
Sell, licence, sublicense or give away our resources
-
Repackage our resources as your own
-
Remove our branding and replace it with yours
-
Copy our worksheets, questions, frameworks or templates into your own paid or free product where doing so would reproduce a substantial part of our original work
-
Turn our materials into a course, workshop, coaching programme, consultancy product, template pack, book or other competing resource
-
Use substantial parts of our materials to create derivative commercial products
-
Use our content to build a library or dataset for redistribution
-
Use our materials to train or fine-tune an AI model or create a competing AI-based product
-
Use automated systems to systematically extract or reproduce our content
-
Claim that Good Heart with Obi materials, wording or original resources were created by you
Where a product expressly gives broader permission, that specific permission will apply.
For example, if a resource specifically says you may use a particular question with your own customers or team, you may do so within the limits stated in that resource.
17. AI use and our materials
Some Good Heart with Obi resources deliberately include prompts designed to help you use AI to organise or reflect on your own information.
You may use those prompts in the way the relevant resource explains.
However, purchasing a product does not give permission to:
-
Upload our entire product library into an AI system for redistribution
-
Train or fine-tune an AI model on our proprietary materials
-
Create a chatbot, GPT, assistant or other AI product that substantially reproduces our paid content
-
Use AI to reproduce our materials and then sell, publish or distribute the resulting copy
-
Circumvent these intellectual property terms by asking an AI system to rewrite or repackage substantial parts of our materials
Using AI to change wording does not automatically turn copied intellectual property into your own original work.
18. Your ideas and information remain yours
We do not claim ownership of your business idea simply because you:
-
Complete one of our workbooks
-
Use the Business Clarity Interview
-
Attend a Business Clarity Review
-
Participate in a Facilitated Business Clarity Interview
-
Tell us about your business
-
Submit information through a questionnaire
-
Receive a personalised report from us
Your original business ideas, information, materials, branding and other intellectual property remain yours or belong to whoever already owns them.
You give us permission to use the information you provide only as reasonably necessary to:
-
Deliver the service you requested
-
Analyse the information for that service
-
Prepare your session or report
-
Communicate with you about the work
-
Maintain appropriate business records
We will not acquire ownership of your business simply by helping you think about it.
19. Intellectual property in personalised reports
Where we create a personalised report for you, you may use the finished report for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Your own information, answers, ideas and original content contained in the report remain yours.
However, Good Heart with Obi retains ownership of its underlying:
-
Frameworks
-
Methodologies
-
Interview structures
-
Analysis formats
-
Templates
-
Question sets
-
Report structures
-
Original explanatory content
-
Proprietary tools and resources
You may therefore use your report to develop and run your business, but you may not remove your personal information and then reproduce the remaining Good Heart framework as a product, service, training programme or resource for other people.
20. Sharing with a professional adviser
You may share a reasonable part of a purchased resource or a personalised report with a professional adviser who genuinely needs to see it to help you, such as an accountant, solicitor or business adviser.
They should not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our materials.
This permission does not allow a purchaser to buy one copy of a product for general distribution across a business, organisation, membership group or client base.
If you would like a team, organisational, training or commercial licence, contact:
hello@skcollectivehq.com
21. Our name and branding
The names Good Heart with Obi, associated logos, visual identity and other distinctive brand assets may not be used in a way that:
-
Suggests you are Good Heart with Obi
-
Suggests we have endorsed you when we have not
-
Creates confusion about the source of a product or service
-
Misrepresents a relationship with Samuel-Kanu Collective Ltd
Nothing on the website grants you a licence to use our branding commercially unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
22. Reporting intellectual property concerns
If you believe content on our website infringes intellectual property belonging to you, or you become aware of unauthorised use of Good Heart with Obi materials, please contact:
hello@skcollectivehq.com
We will consider genuine concerns appropriately.
23. Educational and business information
Good Heart with Obi provides educational resources, structured thinking tools and business clarity services.
Our content and services are not a substitute for regulated or specialist professional advice.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not provide:
-
Legal advice
-
Tax advice
-
Regulated financial advice
-
Investment advice
-
Medical or healthcare advice
-
Accounting advice
Where your situation requires specialist advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
24. Business decisions and results
Good Heart with Obi is designed to help you think, question, clarify, test and make more informed decisions.
We do not promise that:
-
A particular business idea will succeed
-
You will make a particular amount of money
-
You will obtain funding or investment
-
You will gain customers
-
A particular strategy will work
-
A business will be profitable
-
Using one of our resources will produce a particular outcome
Business involves uncertainty.
Our role is to support clearer thinking and action. Decisions about what you build, invest, launch, change or pursue remain yours.
25. Our 1:1 services
Our 1:1 services are designed to support analysis, reflection and business clarity.
They do not involve us taking over responsibility for your business decisions.
We may:
-
Ask questions
-
Challenge assumptions
-
Highlight gaps
-
Help distinguish evidence from assumptions
-
Identify areas that may need testing
-
Organise information
-
Provide observations
-
Help you determine priorities
You remain responsible for deciding what action to take.
We will provide paid consumer services with the reasonable care and skill required by applicable law.
26. Testimonials and results
Any testimonial, example, illustration or customer experience shown on the website represents that person's experience or is clearly identified as an example.
It should not be treated as a promise that you will achieve the same result.
We will not publish your testimonial, personal story or identifiable case study as marketing material without an appropriate basis for doing so.
27. Free resources
Our free resources are still protected by intellectual property law.
“Free” means there is no purchase price. It does not mean the resource is free of copyright or free for unrestricted redistribution.
Unless the resource expressly says otherwise, the same personal-use principles in the intellectual property sections of these terms apply to free downloads.
28. Member accounts
If the website allows you to create a member account:
-
You are responsible for providing accurate information
-
You should keep your login credentials secure
-
You should not allow another person to impersonate you
-
You should tell us if you believe your account has been compromised
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse or respond to a material breach of these terms.
29. Chat with Obi
Website chat is intended to provide information, support and a convenient way to interact with Good Heart with Obi.
Automated or AI-assisted responses may occasionally be used.
Chat responses should not be treated as specialist legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Please do not enter confidential or highly sensitive information unless reasonably necessary.
Our use of personal information provided through chat is explained in our Privacy Policy.
30. Third-party platforms and links
Our website may integrate with or link to services provided by third parties, including:
-
Wix
-
Payment providers
-
Google services
-
Social media platforms
-
Booking or communication tools
We are not responsible for the operation or content of independent third-party websites.
When you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy information may also apply.
31. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website and digital services available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
-
Maintenance
-
Security issues
-
Internet failures
-
Platform outages
-
Third-party service failures
-
Updates
-
Events outside our reasonable control
If an outage prevents us from providing something you have paid for, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
32. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded
-
Any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
We are not responsible for losses caused by business decisions you make merely because you used our educational resources or clarity tools, where we have provided the relevant product or service with the standard required by law.
Business customers
If you purchase wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be treated as a business customer rather than a consumer.
Subject to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded, our total liability to a business customer arising from a particular purchased product or service will not normally exceed the amount paid to us for that product or service.
For business customers, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of business opportunity where the law permits those exclusions.
33. Privacy
Your use of the website and our services may involve the processing of personal information.
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about:
-
What we collect
-
Why we use it
-
Who we may share it with
-
Your data protection rights

Our Cookie Policy provides additional information about cookies and similar technologies.
34. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us.
Email: hello@skcollectivehq.com
We would like the opportunity to understand the problem and resolve it fairly.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising statutory rights or using any other remedy available under law.
35. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Use & Sale from time to time.
Changes may be needed because:
-
Our products or services change
-
Website functionality changes
-
We introduce new services
-
The law or regulatory guidance changes
-
We need to clarify how something works
The version applying to a purchase will generally be the terms in effect when the contract was made, unless a change is required by law or is otherwise lawfully incorporated into the contract.
The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
36. If part of these terms is invalid
If a court or competent authority finds that part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply so far as legally possible.
37. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, that does not mean we have permanently given up that right.
38. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections available to you in the part of the UK where you live.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court available to them under applicable consumer law.
