Service Description

A deeper, highest-touch Business Clarity service for founders, co-founders and directors who need structured thinking, challenge and a clear route forward. Before the session, you complete a detailed business brief so Obi can review your situation and prepare. During the 90-minute live session, Obi facilitates a focused exploration of the business, probes assumptions, surfaces the issues and decisions that matter, and helps establish priorities. The session can take place remotely by Google Meet or in a private meeting room at Winckley Square, Preston, with refreshments. After the session, Obi analyses the discussion and prepares the agreed clarity outputs and report. You review the draft and reply by email with corrections, clarification or comments; appropriate corrections are incorporated before the final completed version is sent. The price covers the preparation, facilitated session, analysis, draft review stage and finalisation—not simply a 90-minute call.
